CAPH School Support

Bespoke, tailored support for schools and school leaders

CAPH works with a range of expert Associates who can provide bespoke school improvement support for your school. We can offer support across EYFS, Primary and Secondary phases.

Our Associates are a mix of current school leaders and highly recommended independent consultants who work with schools across Cornwall and nationally. We are able to offer a regular School Improvement Partner or Challenge Partner if required.

Through this service we have provided support in a range of areas, including performance management, leadership coaching, building staff resilience, support for actions plans following Ofsted, PP reviews, SEN reviews, support with SEF and school development plans, quality of teaching, SIP visits and learning culture.

To discuss your needs, please contact Jono@caph.org.uk

How does CAPH School Support work?

We talk through your school development needs with you and suggest potential CAPH School Support Associates for you to work with. We will share pen portraits for available Associates for you to consider and share with your SLT, governors or Trust as needed.

Support is offered on a pay as you go basis. Sessions can be a full day, half day or twilight.

We always recommend an initial exploratory meeting between the school leader and Associate to agree the nature and aims of the support. This is generally provided free of charge.

Who are your School Support Associates?

We work with Associates with a wide range of experience and backgrounds. Some are serving school leaders, others work as independent consultants with a background of school leadership experience. They have expertise covering all areas of school leadership, executive leadership across schools, the Education Inspection Framework, coaching and mentoring, pupil premium, quality of teaching and learning, middle leadership, curriculum design and development, subject leadership, maths, literacy, SEN, inclusion, data analysis, governance, behaviour and performance management.

We have Associates who have supported maintained schools, academies, MATs, and church schools.

What Q&A is there for CAPH School Support?

A written report is provided for each visit. This is shared with CAPH and reviewed confidentially for Q&A purposes.

What are the costs?

For a full day £450(+VAT), for a half day or twilight session £250(+VAT). If additional preparation or feedback is required there may be additional time needed, this will be agreed when confirming the booking.
