Developing Leaders in Cornwall – a suite of accredited programmes aimed at inspiring, enhancing and engaging leadership skills in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Developing Leaders aim to coach, mentor, engage and support the enhancement of leadership skills at all levels. These programmes are 80% funded through the European Social Fund (ESF) for organisations across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly in both the public and private sector.
