Cornwall RE Agreed Syllabus Launch

Dear RE Teachers, Subject Head, Head Teachers and colleagues

It is with great pleasure that on behalf of Cornwall SACRE I am sending out this email.

It was with great sadness we had to cancel our launch events in March 2020. However Cornwall SACRE are working on holding two top class CPD events on how to get the most out of our brand new Agreed Syllabus, 2020. Please keep looking out for an email once schools are back to normal. We are hoping that this will be either at the end of the Summer term or early in the Autumn term.

In the meantime should you have any queries about the new Agreed Syllabus, please contact me (cbanfield@treleigh.cornwall.sch.uk). I will do my best to help you as much as I can and failing that, I promise to signpost you to the best person.

May I point out at this stage that the Curriculum Kernewek for RE units are at the end of the syllabus and must be used to replace the units that are indicated.

Please read it very carefully as it will guide you to the REToday link.

Thank you for your patience.

Kind Regards

Clifflynn Banfield

SACRE Consultant
