Health and Wellbeing opportunities - Young Farmers and Normal Magic

CAPH attend a monthly CIOS CYP Health and Wellbeing Network where we meet and discuss support and services from a range of local providers. Frequently, we put out information from these settings that can support schools and their communities.

Here are two opportunities for both young people and parents/caregivers:

'Young Farmers are running an overnight residential at Adventure Bude on the 29th July for 15 young farmers in Mid and East Cornwall and one at BF Adventure on the 27th August for Mid and West Cornwall for 15 young farmers also for ages 11-19. It is for young people who are part of farming families, young farmers and those in training or education around agriculture.  It is completely free and will include climbing, canoeing, zip wire, low ropes and mountain boarding across the two residentials, amongst other things. The aim is for the young people to take part in fun activities, meet new people and leave with a boost to their well-being. The project is to also help young farmers or those on the pathway to farming in some way improve their well-being and have fun! If you know of any young people that would be interested, please let me know or a parent or guardian can complete the online expression of interest form in the poster attached.'

If you have any questions, please do get in touch with me. Spaces are limited. The QR code is on the poster but below is also the links to the forms.
