Feedback on Managing Purpose

Two things I like about this day:
  • Networking, wealth of knowledge and inspiration
  • Meeting new people and having the chance to speak to others.
  • Case study of specific school valuable to see vision/purpose in action.
  • Focus on managing a school rather than policies and procedures.
  • Importance placed on self awareness/self reflection.
  • Structure of day was well thought through and appropriate.
  • The chance to discuss practice with peers.
  • Practical element of activities.
  • How relaxed and open today was.
  • A fantastic learning platform - both inspiring and practical.
