Metacognition and Self-regulated Learning is one of the most accessed strands of the EEF Teaching and Learning Toolkit, showing on average an impact of seven months’ additional progress. Based on the EEF Guidance Report and cutting edge evidence, this course will enable you to make confident decisions about how to develop your students’ metacognitive skills. Led by Freya Morrissey. Freya is the Evidence Lead in Education for Metacognition, working with the Education Endowment Foundation as part of the Research Schools Network, and is currently Head of English at Teign School.This course is for classroom teachers, middle leaders and those leading a whole school or MAT.
