Kernow SEMH Support Service is a consultancy and training business run by Penny Hermes (previously a Behaviour Advisor for Cornwall Council and Primary School Headteacher). We offer a wide range of training to all school staff around Behaviour, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs of children. We can carry out individual pupil consultations to schools with detailed written reports to identify strategies to support pupils, including EHCP reports. We can develop supervision support for staff as well as supporting around Team Teach (Restrictive Physical Intervention) and whole school policies. We also offer bespoke 1 to 1 packages for pupils finding mainstream settings difficult using outdoor spaces.
