The CAPH SEND HUB has been created to provide support, resources and direct signposting to local and national services and multi-agencies. CAPH have worked with a range of CAPH Partners, Cornwall Council, SEND experts and very importantly, our CAPH SEND network group, to design an area which we feel will be of benefit to members. The SEND Hub contains resources to support the four broad areas of need according to the SEND Code of Practice; direct links to Cornwall Council SEND and Inclusion where key services and statutory information will be found and a bank of resources which will be useful to support Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
