Plymouth Marjon University offers continuing professional development for educational professionals in Cornwall from our base in Truro. Here you can:
Marjon University Cornwall is located in The Old Cathedral School, next to Truro Cathedral right in the city centre. The facilities and resources in our base are designed to ensure that educators who become our students will engage in a higher education and professional experience that is complementary to their role.
As well as structured postgraduate programmes in education, we offer opportunities for academies, schools and colleges to request bespoke CPD that supports their improvement and development plans. All taught sessions take place at times that support working educational professionals in being able to attend. Our university tutors also provide tutorials at times convenient to the student and are happy to use video conferencing for these if requested.
We believe that education can transform lives and that access for educators to high quality university accredited and delivered continuing professional development and learning supports this transformation.
