We have a vacancy for a multi-talented individual who can work as a Parent Support Advisor and a Trauma Informed School practitioner as part of our expert SEND team we have in school.   The work of the PSA will allow children and families to feel supported and will ensure effective outcomes in terms of improving mental health, wellbeing, relationships and home and school circumstances for many of our families. Our vulnerable pupils and families deserve to be identified and will receive support from our PSA who will be well-trained, clear about their role and who will feel well supported to deliver this vital intervention. We can offer you high quality coordinated support in every aspect of your role and a thorough handover with our current post holder to aid a smooth transition. The work of TIS Practitioner will be to support some of our most vulnerable children with activities designed to build resilience and self esteem.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working, creative practitioner, able to both care for and support our wonderful children. Applicants must have good literacy and numeracy skills, and the ability to develop positive learning attitudes with children. You will also need to be a good team player who is willing to go the extra mile for our children.

We are seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join us as soon as possible.
