Are you a passionate and experienced Forest School Lead looking for a rewarding part-time role in a supportive
mainstream primary school? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 trained Forest School Lead to
inspire and engage our pupils in outdoor learning experiences.

As our Forest School Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality outdoor learning sessions that foster a
love of nature, resilience, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. You will work with whole mainstream classes as well
as small groups of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring that all pupils benefit
from engaging and inclusive outdoor learning experiences. Working closely with staff, you will create an enriching
environment where children can explore and develop confidence through hands-on experiences in nature.

Burraton School - SENDCo

Salary Range:   MPS/UPS +TLR2

We are seeking to appoint a SENDCo from September 2025.  The role is for FTE 0.6/0.7, working patterns can be negotiated and we are open to discuss flexible working.  We are looking to appoint a highly skilled and ambitious person with proven leadership skills and vision to take on a vital strategic role.  You will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the SEND department, including the planning, implementation and monitoring of the SEND provision at Burraton CP School.  The successful candidate will have the ability to plan strategically, manage a dedicated team of learning support assistants, including an Assistant SENDCo and PSA, analyse data and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.  You should hold, or be working towards, the NASENCo or NPQ for SENCOs.  There is no teaching commitment with this post.
