Operation Encompass

Below is the latest on the Operation Encompass issue and there has been feedback from schools.  I feel this response gives a clear overview as to how the system operates as well as acknowledging that processes do not always get followed.  I think that keeping in contact with the key people on these emails when things do not seem to be working will continue to improve the system for all.
