BF Adventure is running a Big Give Christmas Challenge Campaign from 28th November - 5th December. Donations made will be DOUBLED with the help of trusts and individual pledgers, with funds raised being ringfenced to enable disadvantaged pupils to join their residentials.
There's an opportunity to run a school non-uniform day or your own fundraising event, with the donations you raise being doubled by Big Give. Let's say pupils attend school dressed in non-uniform and those who can, donate £1. If your school were to generate circa £100, this would become £200 after match funding.
All funds are ringfenced within BF Adventure's Brighter Futures Bursary fund with schools attending their day and overnight residentials eligible to apply to the fund for bursary funding to support disadvantaged pupils (those on free school meals*) to join their fellow pupils on the adventure of a lifetime at their centre. The more funds raised, the more pupils can be supported!
We appreciate that you're busy, so a template letter to parents is attached, if at all helpful.
Any funds raised by whatever means can open the door to significant discounts for BF Adventure's September day visits too (up to 20% off)!
