Training with Faye Heming - Proving Impact- 30th April 2024

We are delighted that Faye Heming is joining us again in Cornwall to deliver our next course on Tuesday 30th April 2024.

Proving impact

This 1-day course is aimed at headteachers, heads of school, deputy and assistant heads in primary education settings.

The aim of this course is to demonstrate how school leaders can prove the impact of their work in school.

“We should measure the impact of our curriculum by the extent to which we prepare all our pupils for their next steps.”

Matt Bromley

School leaders work incredibly hard to ensure that pupils are well prepared for the next stage in their education. This includes pupils’ academic attainment as well as their personal development.

This course will help leaders evidence their impact of their work in each of Ofsted’s key judgement areas: quality of education; behaviour and attitudes, personal development; and leadership and management.

During the course we will:

  • Demonstrate how a simple monitoring analysis form can demonstrate the impact of the curriculum and support strategic school improvement.
  • Explore how assessment is used effectively in core and foundation subjects.
  • Share strategies and proformas for analysing attendance and behaviour data.
  • Demonstrate how and why it is important to track and analyse pupils’ engagement in extra-curricular provision, especially those who are disadvantaged.

To get the most from this course we would recommend that you bring a laptop so you can access information readily from your school systems such as your latest IDSR, attendance data and behaviour logs.

The cost is £180 + vat per delegate
